For an 8th grade school project, I decided to create a photo capsule of West Philadelphia and Chinatown. For two weeks, my father and I would wake up at 7AM before anyone was up and photograph the parts of Philadelphia that people normally wouldn’t bother to photograph, but to me are the most captivating. These were the first images I ever printed and framed. Additionally, the first sale of my personal photography was from this collection.
